Pardon me for thinking that, unlike ivy, I die when I become attached.

About Plutonica.net

Plutonica.net - An esoteric blog exploring philosophy, spirituality, and magick.

Plutonica.net is a blog dedicated exploring occult philosophy and metaphysics, alternative spiritualities, and practical magick. It’s a place to share thoughts and reflections on magickal subjects, and promote new and innovative works in magickal art, literature and culture.

About Psyche

My name is Nico, but for the past twelve years I’ve been better known online as Psyche. I’m a senior business analyst for a major Canadian bank, moonlighting as an occult writer, blogger, and tarot consultant in Toronto, Canada.

I’ve worked on or for various websites since 1996. Currently, in addition to SpiralNature.com and PsycheTarot.com, I maintain Dmoz.org’s section on Chaos Magick, where I’ve been category editor since May 2001.

I started my first blog in April 2001, a personal journal hosted on LiveJournal.com, where I wrote as plutopsyche (now defunct).  Plutonica.net was launched in late October 2007.

Writing

I write freelance articles and media reviews, and have been published in Konton, The Cauldron, newWitch, Moonlit Muse and The Blessed Bee, and was previously a columnist for Suite101.com’s Paganism/Wicca section (2006). Presently I am the Origins columnist for Tarot World Magazine, whose debut issue hit magazine stands January 2008, and Manifesting Prosperity: A Wealth Magic Anthology was published in February 2008, which contains my essay “Strategic Magick”.

Lecturing

I regularly lecture on a variety of esoteric subjects, both privately and at festivals such as Kaleidoscope Gathering (2006), Toronto Pagan Pride Day (2007), and the Hamilton Harvest Festival (2007), where I’ve lectured on chaos magick, divination, and tarot.
