I did it

You've probably already subscribed to our RSS feed, followed us on Twitter, and joined our Facebook page. (You're so Web 2.0!)
But have you checked out our new Esoteric Book Club? First pick is Robert Anton Wilson's Quantum Psychology. Participate here!
An order came in today bearing a few of the books that are still in print that I didn’t already have. Including: Diary of a Drug Fiend (pictured right), White Stains
, and the Sutin biography, Do What Thou Wilt: A Life of Aleister Crowley
.
From the out of print market I also picked up The Revival of Magick and Other Essays (Oriflamme).
It’s great to see that Moonchild is in print again, even if it is a limited edition (I’ve already pre-ordered a copy), but with so many titles going out of print, I feel like I have to rush to fill the gaps in my library while I still can.1
Whatever polarization there is amongst readers of Crowley, we’re not “beyond the books” (there is no such thing). This OOP situation needs to be rectified. I still can’t find a decently priced copy of Confessions.
Also, thanks to Joseph Thiebes who, on Plutonica.net’s Facebook page, let us know that Buying Crowley Books isn’t just a Facebook group and a Twitter account – it’s also a blog! Complete with an “Anti-Boycott” manifesto.
Final point, unrelated to Crowley (for now), but still on a bookish theme: the Esoteric Book Club is up and running. Check in and let us know where you’re at.
Footnotes:
- Though White Stains seems to be out of copyright, so that should – hopefully – be straightforward to order for some time. [back]

Thanks for the mention. BCB now has you on the blogroll :)
Incidentally in recent times, O.T.O. has undertaken the task of restoring and conserving the Thoth tarot paintings executed by Lady Frieda Harris, and this project is near completion. The Thoth deck meanwhile is out in a new edition in Germany, and I understand contract negotiations for a U.S. printing are still underway.
Upcoming book releases include:
* Confessions of Aleister Crowley in an unexpurgated, six-volume edition, with a full-color reproduction of Liber AL vel Legis in Vol. 3.
* The complete Crowley diaries from 1896 to 1947.
* A complete edition of Magick Without Tears.
* The Golden Rose, a previously unpublished volume of poetry by Crowley. Here is a pdf page taken from this upcoming book: http://www.lashtal.com/Golden_Rose.pdf
That is exciting news! I’m particularly looking forward to Confessions.
Are there release dates for these yet?
As for what else I’m looking for, basically I’m eventually looking to close the remaining gaps, and eventually have everything. The most glaring omission (to me) remains Confessions, which I’m quite eager to read. Knowing that it will be coming out in a six volume edition at some point is excellent.
BTW, what else are you looking for?
